How to Manage ‘My Profile’

Overview

Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will assist you in managing your profile settings within the software. The My Profile section allows you to view and update your personal and contact details, ensuring your information remains accurate and up to date for smooth collaboration and reporting.

1: Accessing My Profile

You can access your profile by clicking on your initials or profile picture located at the top right corner of the Working Papers dashboard.

2: Viewing Profile Details

Once you click on My Profile, a panel will appear displaying your current details such as your name, designation, email address, and contact number.

3: Editing Your Profile

To make any changes, simply click on the Edit Profile button. This will allow you to make updates to your personal and contact information.

4: Updating Your Details

Within the Edit Profile section, you’ll be able to update a wide range of fields including:

  • Profile Picture
  • Designation
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • Address Line 3
  • Town / City
  • County
  • Country
  • Postcode
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

5: Saving Your Changes

After you’ve made the necessary changes, scroll to the bottom and click on Submit to save your updated information.
