Overview #
Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. Papercare’s Working Papers provides a Quick View feature that allows accountants to rapidly access the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet from any screen within the client. This feature is designed to offer a snapshot of the current period’s financial performance and position without navigating away from your current work.
Step 1: Accessing Quick View #
You can get a quick view of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet from any screen within the client. This feature is always accessible, providing immediate financial insights.
Step 2: Navigating to the Quick View #
To access the Quick View:
Click on the 📈 icon for the Profit and Loss Account.
Click on the 📖 icon for the Balance Sheet.
Step 3: Viewing the Current Period #
The Quick View will display a detailed view of the current period only. This allows you to stay updated on the most recent financial data.
Step 4: Viewing Comparatives #
To view comparative periods, please open the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet in the standard way from the Accounting Tab in the main menu. This will provide a more comprehensive financial analysis over multiple periods.
