How to manage ‘My Firm’

Overview

Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will assist you in managing your firm’s profile settings within the software. The My Firm section allows you to review and update your firm’s official details such as your logo, address, contact information, and website. Keeping this information current helps maintain professionalism across all communications and outputs within the system.

1: Accessing My Firm

You can access My Firm by clicking on your initials or profile picture at the top right-hand corner of the Working Papers dashboard.

2: Viewing Firm Details

Click on My Firm. This section will display your registered firm information including your firm name, address, contact numbers, email, and firm logo.

3: Team Overview

This page will also provide an overview of all team members currently linked to your firm account.

4: Editing Firm Information

To update your firm details, click on Edit Information. This will open an editable version of your firm profile.

5: Updating Your Firm Details

You’ll be able to update the following fields:

  • Firm Logo
  • First Name
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • Address Line 3
  • Town / City
  • County
  • Country
  • Postcode
  • Mobile Number
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address
  • Website

6: Saving Your Changes

Once you’ve made the necessary updates, scroll to the bottom and click on Submit to save the edited information.
