Step 1: Navigating to the Trial Balance #
Access the Trial Balance from the “Accounting” tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Understanding the Trial Balance Report #
The Trial Balance report provides the final closing balances of each account, offering a comprehensive view of your financial position.
Step 3: Adding Comparative Trial Balance #
You can add a comparative trial balance for previous years, enabling you to compare financial data across different periods.
Step 4: Exploring Additional Information #
Notes, queries, review points, and attachments can be accessed by clicking on the relevant popup notifications.
Step 5: Navigating to Individual Control Accounts #
You can also navigate directly to individual control accounts from the Trial Balance.
